forms you will need to fill out and sign. A tour of the
school will be given at that time.

Hours of Class Time:
* Monday - Wednesday - 8:00 - 5:00 (Externship in Dental Office)
* Thursday  9:00 - 5:00 (Lecture in Classroom)
* Friday  9:00 - 5:00 (Lab/Hands On)

Tuition Fees: $4200.00 - Includes Textbook, Workbook, CD Rom,
Training Visual Aides, Classroom Notebook, Lab Supplies,
Infection Control Supplies, and Specialized Training to prepare you for
the State Certification Test

PLEASE NOTE NEW RULING BY TEXAS STATE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS.


Since September 1st, 2006, all students enrolled in a
Dental Assisting Program, or veteran assistants who are
presently working and taking x-rays in a dental office
MUST adhere to the following posted on the
Texas State Board of Dental Examiners Website
:

"Beginning September 1, 2006, the examination process previously outlined  will be
replaced with a mandatory course in dental assisting state registration.  All applicants
for the registered dental assistant credential that have not submitted applications to
the SBDE prior to September 1, 2006 will be required to complete this course in order
to qualify for the registration."

After registration, students are required to attend a scheduled orientation session with the
School Official.  During this time, textbooks, workbooks, handbooks and other information
will be distributed.  Discussions regarding curriculum, extern sites, class times and code of
conduct will occur. Students will be required to fill out state forms which will be kept in their
personal files, and copies will be provided to the student.

This is a fast paced course designed to give you the knowledge and experience needed in
order to apply for a position as a Dental Assistant.  Our Instructors are dedicated to their
students and offer additional tutoring and personal one-on-one time. Our number one goal is
to help our students in any way we can to help them achieve their dream of being a Dental
Assistant as well as feel positive about themselves. Taking that extra step, "whatever it
takes" is what makes us a unique teaching facility.
